Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pastry operations and junior team members.
Maintain recipe integrity and train staff on techniques & presentation.
Collaborate on seasonal menus and new product launches.
Track inventory, manage waste, and monitor costs.
Uphold health & safety compliance.
