Drive and manage the full suite of services related to technical / IT functionality and facilities management. Responsibilities
Manage the technical team/technicians to ensure the correct security systems, cables, CCTVs etc are installed and working.
Ensure compliance of technicians and facilities staff according to established SOPs, registration with PSIRA with as well as time and attendance.
Attend to NOC tickets according to SLAs for repairs and maintenance.
Lead and oversee the end- to- end development/building of new store, outsourcing other skills required, and managing various service providers. Attend various project planning meeting and ensure correct documentation.
Ensure correct stock take and allocations.
Mange quotes and request for bulk of quantities.
Conduct risk assessments and advise on mitigating actions.
Ensure all staff are meeting requirements and following protocols through regular visits, quality checks and feedback.
Travel regularly to sites for inspection and quality control.
Ensure fleet are well managed and functioning efficiently for services conducted.
Build relationships with service providers and Area Managers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
Submit monthly reports tracking performance and results.
Experience and Skills
Strong understanding and experience of Technical and Facilities services.
Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to build key relationships.
