Job Description

The Head of Sales for MAN Financial Services (RF) (Pty) Ltd will lead the sales strategy. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market


share, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong


leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial services or automotive finance.


Strategic Leadership + Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives. + Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business plans.
Team Management + Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals + Set performance targets and ensure accountability through regular reviews and coaching.
+ Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Sales Operations + Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. + Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Client & Partner Engagement + Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and financial partners. + Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
+ Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence + Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. + Provide insights to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and campaigns



Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:




8-12 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in vehicle finance, banking, or automotive sectors. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams. Strong understanding of vehicle financing products, credit risk, and dealer networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
