The business is expanding headcount and capabilities, and now requires a sales leader who can architect, scale, and drive a high-performing sales function while contributing at the executive level to company strategy.
The Role
The company is seeking a Head of Sales to take full ownership of its growing sales team and revenue engine. This role will focus is on building, managing, and optimising a high-performance sales team aligned to business goals. The Head of Sales will sit on the executive committee (Exco) and contribute meaningfully to company-wide decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a professional manager with a deep understanding of the science of sales management--data-driven, structured, and skilled at building strong sales cultures.
