With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success, we are dedicated to providing top-notch recruitment services to both our candidates and clients.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the operations department, ensuring the efficient and effective running of all operational processes.Develop and implement strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals and objectives with overall company strategy.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires in the operations department.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the operations department. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
