Job Description


Responsibilities will include managing the contact team of approximately 100-150 staff, business development, internal training, overseeing bid applications, sourcing new clients, presentations, managing clients and overseeing HR, IT and all operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
  • 5 years plus experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be able to converse with executives in a professional manner
  • Good negotiation coupled with diversity and conflict management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and able to analyse and interrogate, PowerPoint - ability to put together clean, crisp and professional presentations
  • Analytical and accurate
  • Able to put proposals together at an executive level
  • Ability to manage a large amount of data
  • Able to write clear, detailed reports
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Calm, patient, and people centric
