Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Strategy on plans, budget, and alignment.
• Manage organisational efficiency, architecture, and development.
• Lead national impact scholarship program scaling and integration.
• Represent role in Exco, Board meetings, and shared service discussions.
• Translate strategy into actionable growth steps, including operations planning.
• Address inefficiencies, oversee operations, and enhance inclusivity.
• Define and manage cross-functional support services and HR processes.
• Supervise events, logistics, data updates, and service provider management.
• Develop efficient process and job architecture for enhanced effectiveness.
• Plan, control, and report on IT, compliance, and operational risks.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial management for teams and services.
• Lead improvements in operational effectiveness and internal analysis.
• Drive program integration, stakeholder management, and productivity.
• Handle procure-to-pay, vendor management, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on industry practices, norms, and regulations through continuous learning.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:

• Preferably holds an Honours-level degree in business administration.
• Possesses over 8 years of experience in managing complex organisational operations.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple teams and diverse operational disciplines to achieve tangible efficiency.
• Proficient in managing financial resources, including planning and control, within the broader financial framework.
• Skilled in enhancing operational efficiencies within an organisation.
• Familiar with regulatory compliance and adept at daily adherence.
• Understands operational risk management within organisational contexts.
• Capable of leading groups, delegating tasks based on skills, and motivating high performance.
• Effective in clear and confident spoken communication, adapting style as needed based on audience understanding and reactions.
