Job Overview

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our team of growing talented professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with our core values while driving organizational growth and efficiency. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and a passion for employee engagement and development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Global HR Strategy Development
    Design, develop and implement HR strategies that align with diverse international laws and cultural contexts, upholding our core values and support business objectives.
  • Collaborative Leadership
    Work closely with international business leaders to understand and support HR operational solutions, ensuring standard systems and processes are applied, and responsibilities are owned.
  • HR Advisory
    Stepping in as the trusted advisor for all HR related enquiries by providing daily guidance and support to management and staff across various global locations.
  • Data-Driven HR Analysis
    Conduct surveys, analyse results, establish metrics by tracking KPIxe2x80x99s to inform strategic decisions, and propose action plans to address areas of improvement in order to drive performance and objectives.
  • Employee Relations Management
    Strengthen and maintain company culture, and employee engagement. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies, procedures and when applicable resolve mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a multicultural and diverse legal environment.
  • Workforce Planning and Succession
    Monitor and enhance workforce and succession planning globally.
  • Talent, training and development management
    Identify talent needs and develop plans for recruitment, retention and success planning. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans through mentorship, coaching and career development initiatives. Identify and implement training needs tailored to international teams.


Skills and Competencies

  • International HR Expertise
    Demonstrated understanding of various international HR practices, laws, and cultural nuances.
  • Business Acumen
    Strong understanding of the digital marketing or agency sector.
  • Data Literacy
    Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Effective Communication
    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Change Management
    Ability to manage change effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in HR with a focus on international or global operations.
  • Proven track record in HR strategy, team management, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English.
