What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
A B.Ed or PGCE (NQF Level 7)
; an Honours degree in Education is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience
as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a High School education setting.
Current SACE registration
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, administration systems, and school financial processes.
Must be tech-savvy with an eye for modern educational tools Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary.

Business development and school financial management.
Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Strong people leadership and staff mentorship.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience.
Ability to inspire others and lead with heart and purpose.
The responsibilities are:
Lead the academic, operational, and financial performance of the High School.
Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned to learner targets and growth.
Manage budgets, enrolments, marketing support, and ensure school-wide compliance.
Drive curriculum planning, quality teaching, and assessment in line with Curros educational vision.
Maintain a strong brand presence and foster parent and community relationships.
Oversee discipline, pastoral care, and academic interventions.
Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
The successful candidate will start on
01 January 2026.
