As the High School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the school. Qualifications required:

• Current SACE registration is essential.

Experience and skills required:

• Proven leadership experience as a Principal or Deputy Principal within the private or high-performing public education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional matric results and foster academic excellence.
• Strong financial and business management capabilities, including budgeting and financial planning.
• Visionary leadership with the ability to motivate staff and drive innovation while maintaining a culture of high achievement.
• Previous exposure to boarding environments is advantageous.
