We're Hiring: Head of Customer Support

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Support to lead and grow our customer service function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
oLead and manage the customer care team, driving service excellence.
oImplement best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency.
oAct as a bridge between customers and internal product/tech teams.
oHandle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
oMonitor and improve key service metrics (e.g., response times, CSAT, NPS).
oCoach, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
Requirements
oProven experience as a Head of Customer Support (digital/software environment preferred).
oStrong track record in team leadership and service improvement.
oDigitally savvy, innovative, and adaptable.
oExcellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
oValid driver's licence.
oMust be Durban-based (no relocations).
oOpen to male or female candidates.
