Ensure daily ops/national depots run smoothly/liaise teams/depts/mngt strategies/duties/depots/honour SLAs. Develop depot plans/align co. objectives/track KPIs/cost per unit/on-time delivery/stock accuracy/ID/implement CI/optimise efficiency/reduce costs; oversee budgets/forecasts/expenses/analyse depot financials/provide insights/cost/profitability CI/ID risks/adjustments; motivate depot teams/ensure clear roles/performance norms/positive work place/communication/ CI/support coaching staff/safety/compliance regulations/BOP; oversee logistics/inventory/liaise suppliers/vendors/transport partners/optimise resources/address risks/develop contingency plans; enforce QA standards/regulations/industry BOP/performance/customer satisfaction/ audits/ID NCs /foster CI culture/implement CA plans; liaison snr mngt/ops teams/support functions/ensure alignment objectives/resolve issues/achieve goals/liaise customers/resolve concerns/ID service CI/partake huddles/WhatsApp groups/e-mails/respond to queries within 24 hours/represent co. external meetings/conferences/industry events/build relationships with key stakeholders/consult EXCO & CEO.
