A market-leading financial services group is looking for a dynamic Head of Non-Life Pricing & Structuring to drive innovation, performance, and product leadership within a high-growth environment.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Direct the strategic and technical delivery of pricing and structuring initiatives across niche insurance portfolios.
• Oversee product development, re-pricing cycles, and profitability reviews to ensure market relevance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with client teams to design tailored insurance solutions, supported by robust actuarial pricing and capital structuring.
• Lead technical sign-off of models and frameworks in line with best-practice actuarial governance.
• Provide executive-level insights on product performance, structuring decisions, and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications & Background:

• Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary (FASSA or international equivalent).
• Successfully completed F103 (General Insurance) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or Honours in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-8 years+ of experience in short-term insurance pricing, structuring, or technical product development.
• Deep knowledge of SAM, capital modelling, and advanced pricing methodologies.
