Luxury game lodge in Greater Kruger is looking for a Head Guide.

Training of guides and uplifting skills (Team of 8 Guides)
Ensure all guides licences and credentials are kept up to date
Ensure guides follow SOPxe2x80x99s and perform according to standard.
Weekly meetings with guiding department, adhering to concession rules, especially regarding off road driving.
Ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Manage, oversee, and discipline staff in the guiding department.
All administrative duties pertaining to the guiding department.
Stock Controls
Allocation of guides to daily game drives.
Daily Game Drives
Rosters for guides.
Attend all managerial meetings

Requirements

At least 2 years in a Senior / Head Guide position
5 years plus experience at a luxury property
FGASA Level 2 / Full or Back Up Trails
ARH & Rifle Proficiency
Valid Driverxe2x80x99s license, PDP
First Aid
Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to communicate well with guides and take charge of the department.
Guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
