An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and passionate Head Guide at a luxury lodge in the stunning Pilanesberg, North West.
We're looking for a strong leader who is not only skilled in delivering world-class safari experiences but also committed to mentoring and managing a dynamic guiding team. This is a chance to live and work in one of South Africa's most iconic wilderness areas while making a lasting impact on guests and the team alike.
The ideal candidate will have:
- FGASA Level 2 or higher (with Lead Trails preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A deep knowledge of conservation and the natural environment
- Strong administrative and operational ability
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and storytelling
