Job Summary Our client, a prominent player in the Solar & Renewable Energy sector, is in search of an adept Head Electrical Engineer to spearhead their innovative initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in steering the electrical engineering facets of various projects, ensuring seamless design, deployment, and operation of electrical systems. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team, providing mentorship and direction.
• Formulate electrical engineering strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
• Design and assess electrical systems for solar and renewable energy ventures.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate electrical systems with project components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
• Offer technical guidance throughout project implementation and operation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in solar and renewable energy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc. or BEng.) in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered member of Professional Engineers.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar and renewable energy.
• Profound understanding of electrical systems design, deployment, and operation.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing solar and renewable energy projects.
• Strong leadership and management acumen.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to driving positive change.
