Accountable for delivery of run and build the bank for BCB Client Journeys (which includes lifecycle management and maintenance of multiple solutions).
Owns the vision and definition of the client journey, as well as all journey targets (customer, financial and operational) at client journey level and alignment thereof to Standard Bank targets.
To lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled team to deliver the target state client journey (i.e. assessment of the current state, re-imagine the journey, build solutions, scaling of solutions and maintenance thereof).
Accountable the overall performance and profitability the BCB solutions within specific portfolios
To lead a Solutions Economics team to provide deep analytics around the performance and opportunities on the portfolio, track overall committed benefits and ensure solutions,segments and channel strategies and pricing yields desired value from both Bank and Client

More than 10 years
Experience in managing products, delivering business value, managing teams, managing product lifecycle, managing IT projects. Experience in business and value prioritisation and effectively managing front to back delivery teams i.e. business, specialised functions (SMEs) and IT delivery. Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain. Experience in delivering multiple large-scale IT projects (from conception to delivery) simultaneously. Strong financial background and good technical / IT understanding.
Experience in running a Product PNL/Income Statement and Balance sheet.
