Render and maintain quality Human Capital administration services that conform to personnel needs and those of the ARC.
Ensure that all human resources administration queries are dealt with in an accurate, timeous and professional matter.
Assist with coordination of performance management system.
Update staff records (appointments, resignations, terminations dismissals, transfers, promotions, leave reports, etc.).
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
Administration of labour relations.
Effectively coordinate the reconciliation process of HR instruction to payroll.
Render and maintain a quality Pension/Provident Fund administrative service.
Update employees' information on the HC system.
Assist in the coordination of the reconciliation process of HC instructions to payroll.
Administration of conditions of service.
National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years HR administration experience.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
Computer skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Fully bilingual.
Code B Driver's License.
