Render and maintain quality Human Capital administration services that conform to personnel needs and those of the ARC.
Handle Human Capital administration queries.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process, i.e., prepare notice of interviews, schedule, and coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare interview reports, offer letters and employment contracts.
Provide HC support for all HCM related activities.
Update employees' information on the HC system.
Assist in the coordination of the reconciliation process of HC instructions to payroll.
Administration of conditions of service.
National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years HR administration experience.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislations, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in Ms office suite.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Fully bilingual (Preferably Afrikaans as one of the languages).
