Hardware Design Engineer
Job Description
Collaborate with a team to identify areas of improvement and integrate enhancements to optimize factory performance.
Assist in robotics, data systems, and 3D printing projects to drive innovation and automation in manufacturing processes.
Design and implement hardware solutions that align with project objectives.
Develop and maintain diverse hardware-related projects.
Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and propose creative solutions.
Provide technical support and expertise to various departments within the organization.
Design and develop software solutions, primarily utilizing C#, to enhance factory processes and system functionalities.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in designing and developing software, preferably using C#
Experience with robotics, data systems, and 3D printing will be highly beneficial.
Proficiency in C#, Inventor, Vault, Git, Cura, Altium.
Qualification:
BSc/BEng in Mechatronics or Electronic engineering. Masters will be advantageous.
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
