HACCP Officer
to join our team on a
half-day basis
.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the site's HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
Lead corrective and preventive action processes.
Train staff on food safety procedures and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure documentation, traceability, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Food Safety / Quality Management.
Minimum 10 years' experience
in Food Safety, ideally within food processing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills.
