About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to assist with day-to-day finance administration. This is a half-day position, ideal for someone experienced in QuickBooks who enjoys structured, accurate work and can operate independently.
Key responsibilities
Raising and sending customer invoices
Capturing and allocating customer payments in QuickBooks
Checking and reconciling creditor statements
Following up on invoice or statement discrepancies
Following up on payments and outstanding accounts
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
General accounts and finance administration support
Minimum requirements
Proven experience working as an Accounts Administrator / Debtors & Creditors Clerk
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (essential)
Solid understanding of invoicing, debtors and creditors
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
