What You'll Do
Deliver warm, intuitive guest service throughout the entire stay. Manage reservations, correspondence and guest profiles with accuracy and attention to detail. Liaise across departments to ensure personalised touches and smooth communication. Handle dining, activity, tour and transport bookings with efficiency and precision. Curate bespoke itineraries and provide informed recommendations on local dining, culture, art and events. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to secure premium guest access. Support front-of-house and concierge functions to uphold world-class service standards.
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a 5-star concierge or guest liaison role. Strong administrative ability with excellent organisation and follow-through. In-depth knowledge of Cape Town's restaurants, activities, cultural highlights and seasonal offerings. Warm, articulate communication with confidence engaging discerning international guests. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Professional presentation, polished conduct and a passion for personalised hospitality. Strong computer literacy (Opera, POS and MS Office). Flexibility to work shifts.
