Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management
Process and manage guest bookings via a shared mailbox
Property audits & platform checks
Handling booking cancellations
Handling of booking modifications & adjustments
Logging of guest relocations
Guest Communication
Respond to enquiries from guests and agents professionally and promptly
Communicate through email, phone, WhatsApp, and WATI chat platforms
Property Knowledge
Build detailed knowledge of all listed properties
Use this knowledge to guide and assist guests effectively
Follow-Ups
Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to improve booking conversions
What You'll Need:
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A customer-first attitude and strong communication abilities
Experience in hospitality or guest services
Confident using booking platforms
Attention to Detail - Ensuring accurate booking management and documentation.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
