As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will provide real-time, high-touch support for travel agents and guests in-destination.
Responsibilities include monitoring itineraries, managing on-trip issues, coordinating logistics changes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll respond to agent requests via multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp), track guest journeys, resolve crises efficiently, and deliver "surprise-and-delight" moments to elevate the guest experience.
