Job Description

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will provide real-time, high-touch support for travel agents and guests in-destination.



Responsibilities include monitoring itineraries, managing on-trip issues, coordinating logistics changes, and delivering exceptional customer service.



You'll respond to agent requests via multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp), track guest journeys, resolve crises efficiently, and deliver "surprise-and-delight" moments to elevate the guest experience. This is a shift-based position ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and are passionate about African travel.



Package:



Cape Town-based, shift-based coverage (including weekends/public holidays)
