Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Provide concierge-style support, assisting with reservations, transport, and activity planning Ensure smooth day-to-day guest relations across the estate Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure exceptional service delivery Support front office operations including check-ins and check-outs Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met Requirements: Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask Knowledge of the local area and surrounding attractions beneficial Own transport preferred due to live-out nature of the role This role is ideal for a service-driven individual looking to grow their career within a refined and luxurious hospitality environment.
