Partnerships and Growth Manager

We're building NRTH and we need someone strong to help push partnerships and growth from day one.

NRTH is a fintech platform built to help businesses get paid without stress. We automate direct debit collections and make payroll and supplier payments simple. The goal is to give businesses predictable cash flow so they can focus on running their company instead of chasing money.

We're now looking for someone based in South Africa who has real fintech experience and knows how to build and grow partnerships. You'll work directly with me and help shape the whole growth engine from scratch.

What you'll be doing

Finding the right partners. Mainly accountants, bookkeepers, finance platforms and SaaS products that work with SMEs Reaching out, booking calls and running the full partnership process from first message to signed deal Building a proper outbound pipeline and keeping it warm every day Putting together simple go to market ideas with each partner like email pushes, webinars, landing pages and anything that gets us clients Looking after the partners you bring in and making sure the relationship actually converts into revenue Collecting feedback and telling us what partners want so we can build better Helping build a partner playbook that we can scale when the team grows

What you need

Real fintech experience in partnerships, BD or growth You've actually signed partners before and can talk through results You're comfortable doing your own outreach and not sitting around waiting for inbound You understand how businesses pay and get paid and why cash flow is such a problem Strong communication skills Someone who likes the early stage environment and takes ownership Based in South Africa with a solid home working set up and comfortable working UK hours
