, is looking for a commercially driven and strategic
Growth Manager - Key Accounts
to lead revenue retention and expansion efforts across our corporate client base.
This role requires a skilled relationship manager and sales leader--someone who can drive high-value growth, lead national account strategies, and build a strong pipeline across the Innervation Rewards portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Communicate a clear, inspirational vision aligned with Lesaka's broader objectives.
Anticipate market shifts and influence business strategy accordingly.
Drive high standards, delegate effectively, and hold teams accountable for results.
Revenue Retention & Growth
Maintain and grow existing revenue through strong, trusted client relationships.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across key accounts.
Manage the full sales process--from proposals and contracts to invoicing and payment.
Travel nationally to support regional growth efforts and client relationship management.
Market Positioning
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market gaps to inform sales tactics.
Ensure consistent use of approved brand collateral and positioning materials.
Act as an ambassador for the Innervation Rewards brand.
Planning & Forecasting
Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline planning, and client calling schedules.
Track weekly deal progress, value of closed deals, and new prospect activity.
Plan and manage client meetings to ensure consistent engagement and deal flow.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (NQF Level 4)
Diploma or equivalent qualification
in Business or General Management (NQF Level 6)
5 years' experience
in corporate sales
3 years' experience
managing sales/account management teams
Proven experience using CRM tools (minimum 5 years)
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and own transport
