Key Accounts Manager Hospitality/Tourism ~ Pharmaceuticals
Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strategic client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have:

Matric certificate and a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
At least five years of experience in key account management, preferably within the hospitality or pharmaceutical industries.
A strong background in engaging with well-known restaurants.
This role requires a confident, presentable professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple sites across the Sandton area.

The role demands the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, analyse data to assess performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, resolving client concerns, and ensuring compliance with industry hygiene standards.
Travel is required to service franchises in and around Sandton. A deep understanding of market trends, hygiene audit criteria, and industry advancements will be key to success in this role.
