Key requirement

At least 3 years of prior experience in senior marketing management capacity roles with the ability to drive brand success, showcase results through impactful ROI's
Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing
Hardcore retail marketing expertise mandatory
Member of the DMASA or equivalent
Strategy & budget execution
Digital marketing & SEO management
Paid advertising and lead management
Brand and community management
Customer retention
Staff management and development
