The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Restonic Group's overall marketing strategy to enhance brand equity, drive growth, and strengthen Restonic's leadership in the bedding industry. This role oversees marketing across all business units and brands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while acting as the brand ambassador across multiple platforms. The incumbent will manage high-impact campaigns, including TV commercials, billboards, digital content, and retailer promotions, while representing Restonic at executive and customer level. The role demands a forward-thinking leader with strong creative, commercial, and relationship management skills.

Minimum Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous). 10+ years of proven experience in a senior or Group Marketing Manager role within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing. Demonstrated success in strategic marketing management, brand development, and integrated sales alignment. Expertise in digital and social media marketing, including hands-on campaign management on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, consumer trends, and competitor insights. Exceptional presentation skills with experience creating high-impact executive presentations, media campaigns, and retailer proposals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills at both executive and retailer levels. Advanced project management and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage agencies, designers, and marketing staff. Commercial acumen with the ability to develop profitable pricing strategies and support business growth. Strong analytical ability, including proficiency in sales data interpretation and market analysis. Proven ability to deliver results under pressure while managing multiple, large-scale campaigns simultaneously.

Duties & Responsibilities



Develop and execute the Group-wide marketing strategy across all business units and brands, ensuring each has a clear value proposition and market positioning. Lead the creation and execution of high-impact campaigns including TV commercials, billboards, radio, print, digital advertising, and social media (with a strong focus on TikTok) to build brand awareness and consumer engagement. Act as the brand ambassador, representing Restonic at executive level, in major customer presentations, and across public platforms. Manage the development of point-of-sale material, sales presentations, retailer activations, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with agencies and internal teams. Oversee Restonic's digital presence, ensuring websites and social media remain dynamic, relevant, and aligned with brand identity. Design and manage TikTok campaigns and influencer collaborations, using analytics to optimize engagement and reach younger audiences. Build and maintain strategic relationships with major retail customers, developing tailored marketing solutions and supporting joint business plans. Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives, promotions, trade activations, and retailer strategies. Provide sales teams with creative support materials, insights, and presentations to strengthen trade negotiations and client relationships. Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and market data to guide innovation, identify growth opportunities, and enhance brand competitiveness. Drive campaigns that showcase Restonic's sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs, energy efficiency, and "Go Green" community projects. Collaborate with the Ezintsha Sleep Clinic and wellness experts to create content and campaigns that position Restonic as a thought leader in sleep health and wellness. Oversee advertising, sponsorships, PR, and media partnerships, ensuring maximum visibility and alignment with strategic objectives. Manage budgets, set targets, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure marketing spend delivers measurable return on investment. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of brand representatives, marketing staff, and agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation within the marketing function, ensuring campaigns remain impactful and relevant. * Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Production, and Procurement to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with operational and commercial goals.
