This leading FMCG company which has 5 main operations in Africa. The business is well known for it's reputation for reliability.
The Group Cost and Management Accountant will work closely with the Head of Finance to develop cost proposals, detailed budgets, budget narratives and serve as a resource on cost proposals.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- ACMA, CIMA or BCom Costing and Management Accounting qualification.
- Responsible as the second level escalation of complex issues.
- Manage special/extraordinary issues and projects.
- Responsible for handling and improving diverse ERP systems and linked financial tools.
- Responsible for the transition or implementation of processes and systems.
- Support cross-functional and global solutions and processes and drive their implementation.
- Support continuous improvement projects.
- Responsible for the transition or implementation of management accounting processes in the areas of Product Costing and Inventory Accountancy incl. enhancements due to legal and functional/business requests.
- Ensure compliance of all management accounting and global processes within area of responsibility
- Support/execute daily business in the area of Product Costing and Inventory Accounting.
