Cooking a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, and other items, using various grilling techniques.
Ensuring all food is cooked to the correct temperature and stored properly, preventing cross-contamination, and adhering to food safety regulations.
Cleaning and maintaining the grill and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Monitoring food levels, placing orders when needed, and managing stock to minimize waste.
Working with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service.
May involve taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food and utensils.
Accurately preparing dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes.
Ensuring all grilled items meet quality standards, including proper cooking temperature, presentation, and taste.
Reporting any issues with the grill or other kitchen equipment to the appropriate staff.
May include tasks like dishwashing, food prep, or other duties as needed by the kitchen.
