Griller Position (Salary R Per Hour)
PURPOSE:
To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to the SOP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service
Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all customers to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
Ensure that the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area is maintained as per predetermined SOP
Responsible for controlling food wastage, without compromising on food quality
Ensure proper security and safety of raw & cooked food
Ensure proper security and safety of equipment
Ensure availability of ingredients in the kitchen at all time in order to provide prompt food
REQUIREMENTS:
Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 1-year related experience required
Customer Service
Good Verbal Communication Skills
National Senior Certificate
