Position: Graphic Design & IT Support Consultant Term: Permanent Position Location: Strand, Cape Town Remuneration & Benefits: Open for discussion, 50% medical aid contribution with 13 th bonus. Position Overview: As the Graphic Design and IT support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's technological infrastructure and visual presence. This multifaceted position involves installing and servicing computers, printers, and related components while also contributing to marketing efforts through desktop publishing and graphic design. Responsibilities: IT Support:

• Install and service computers, printers, and related components, demonstrating expertise in hardware, software, Office 365, OneDrive, and anti-virus applications.
• Utilize programming skills in C# and React for system development and enhancement.
• Perform SQL maintenance, write scripts, and integrate with C# and React for efficient database operations.
• Provide remote support to end-users, promptly resolving technical issues.
• Manage networking tasks to ensure seamless communication within the organization.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for desktop publishing, graphic design, and social media posts.
• Utilize Adobe Suite for design, editing and DTP purposes.
• Ensure timely project delivery, meeting all deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the installation and servicing of computers, printers, and related components.
• Experience in remote support and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven experience in desktop publishing and graphic design applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite for design and editing.
• Experience with DTP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable Requirements:

• Programming experience in C# and React is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL maintenance, scripting, and integration with C# and React.
