Graduate Recruiter (ba: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical)
Job Description
```Duties```
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Conduct cold calls and reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in open positions
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions ```Qualifications```
- Digree in Chemistery or Biology or Pharmaceutical
