Job Description


This graduate program will run over a period of 2 years. During this time, you will have the opportunity to participate in various learning experiences through a structured development program.

  • Must be organized and have a high work ethic.
  • Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the sales manager.
  • Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Create quarterly territory action plans.
  • Country Trips is a requirement.
Role responsibilities (What you can look forward to learning)
  • Acquire detailed product and clinical trial knowledge.
  • Arrange appointments with key doctors, pharmacists; clinic sisters, private schools and corporates .
  • Make presentations to doctors, pharmacists; clinic sisters, private schools and corporates.

  • We are looking for future commercial leaders to be part of our Companyxe2x80x99s Vaccines Business Unit.
  • During this program you will work alongside sales and marketing managers to manage your own sales territory and Vaccines portfolio.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Business/ Health Sciences Degree
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
  • Post graduate qualification would be an advantage.
  • Ideally some prior exposure to Sales/ Marketing in the Pharmaceutical Environment will advantageous.
  • Driverxe2x80x99s License and must be able to operate a vehicle.
  • Previous learnership experience or SMART course will be advantageous.
