About Our Client

Financial services organization

• Extract actionable insights from customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and service improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLM's like chatGPT) and text analysis techniques to categorize and understand customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, enabling better customer service interactions.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of automation solutions that meet business objectives

• Develop predictive models to anticipate customer needs and behavior, aiming to optimize response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the customer service domain, proposing data-driven solutions and leading the implementation of these initiatives.

• Track and Monitor cross sell initiatives and campaigns to ensure they are performing optimally.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4+ years of experience in analytical and data driven environments.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of automation / data mining / predictive modelling. tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, etc. * Demonstrated experience in driving results and co-ordinating activities to solve problems across multi-functional/diverse teams; and leading with high energy and a positive attitude.

• Sound judgement in addressing commercial challenges. * Strong analytical and data skills.

• Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities.

• Masters or Bachelors degree in any field with advanced quantitative focus or with high distinction in modelling oriented discipline including but not limited to: Psychometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Econometrics, Engineering, etc
