Carestem is expanding into real estate and we're looking for a
Graduate Principal Property Practitioner
who has recently completed their NQF 5 and PDE 5 and is ready to activate their Principal FFC.This is a full-time opportunity for a newly qualified professional who wants to step into real responsibility early and grow within a modern, tech-enabled property environment.
What you'll do
Support PPRA-aligned operations and ensure smooth compliance Review and sign off documents that require a principal's authorization Provide practical guidance on standard sales and rental processes Assist intern agents with logbooks, training and professional development Contribute ideas as we build a streamlined real-estate division
What you bring
NQF 5 + PDE 5 Eligible for, or already holding, a Principal FFC Strong attention to detail and sound judgement A willingness to learn, grow and take ownership Recent graduates encouraged to apply

This is a full-time position with genuine room for growth and meaningful involvement in the development of our real-estate operations.
