Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote

Property Tele-sales Agent

whose primary responsibility is

cold calling homeowners and neighbourhoods

to generate property leads and

book viewings on behalf of Agent Tenda

.

This role is

NOT a closing sales position

.
You will

not

negotiate, sell, or close deals -- all deals are handled by Agent Tenda.

This is a

fully remote role

, ideal for someone energetic, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high-volume calling.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary:

R3,000 per month

Commission:

R3,000 per

successful deal that proceeds from your sourced lead

Uncapped earning potential

6-24 Month Compensation Clause:

Compensation and role scope may be

reviewed after 6 to 24 months

based on:

Consistency Lead quality Deal contribution
Any changes will be documented and agreed in writing.

Key Responsibilities

Cold call homeowners within targeted East Rand suburbs Source potential sellers and property listings Qualify basic seller information Book property viewings for Agent Tenda Update lead lists and call records Forward all leads and listing details to Agent Tenda Maintain professional communication standards

Minimum Experience Required

0-2 years experience
