Provide admin support to the Key Accounts Manager and team
Set up for customer meetings
Order and control product samples for tradeshows and presentations
Handle product queries and general correspondence
Type and distribute meeting minutes, deal sheets, and allocations
Prepare spreadsheets and support expense claim processes
Update new store openings and liaise with the Advertising Agency
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years working experience
Strong Excel and general computer skills
Own transport and valid driver's licence (trade visits required)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Good with figures and understanding of merchandising principles
