Job Description

We're looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Preschool Teachers committed to fostering early childhood development. The ideal super-teacher should have a deep understanding of child development stages, brain-based learning, and inclusive, play-based teaching practices.

Ages: Gr RR (4-5 year olds) and Gr RRR (3-4 year olds)

Hours: Full or Half day available

Area: Somerset West, Western Cape

Key qualifications include:

- At least 3 years as class teacher (No assistant applications will be considered at this time)

- Expertise in Early Childhood Development: Strong foundation in developmental milestones, early literacy and numeracy, and social-emotional growth.

- Understanding of Brain Development: Familiarity with how young children learn, including the neuroscience of sensory and executive function skills.

- Inclusive classroom that meets the diverse needs of all learners.

- Positive Behavior and Emotional Support

- Play-Based and Creative Learning

- Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with families
