German Speaking Credit Controller
Job Description
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
xc2xb7 Must reside in Cape Town
xc2xb7 Must have a functional smartphone for two-factor authentication
xc2xb7 Completed Matric
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration advantageous
xc2xb7 13 years of proven experience as a Credit Controller
xc2xb7 12 months of international BPO experience advantageous
xc2xb7 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
xc2xb7 Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
xc2xb7 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficient in Excel/MS Office
xc2xb7 Experience with NetSuite, Sage 200, or other accounting software
xc2xb7 Prior experience in a customer-facing role or client management is advantageous
xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
xc2xb7 Demonstrable flexibility, energy, and proactivity with a "can-do" attitude
xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining high standards
xc2xb7 Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
