Non-Negotiable Requirements:xc2xb7 Must reside in Cape Townxc2xb7 Must have a functional smartphone for two-factor authenticationxc2xb7 Completed Matricxc2xb7 Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration advantageousxc2xb7 13 years of proven experience as a Credit Controllerxc2xb7 12 months of international BPO experience advantageousxc2xb7 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principlesxc2xb7 Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial recordsxc2xb7 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficient in Excel/MS Officexc2xb7 Experience with NetSuite, Sage 200, or other accounting softwarexc2xb7 Prior experience in a customer-facing role or client management is advantageousxc2xb7 Strong analytical skills and attention to detailxc2xb7 Demonstrable flexibility, energy, and proactivity with a "can-do" attitudexc2xb7 Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining high standardsxc2xb7 Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
