Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the performance of both new and used vehicle sales departments
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Manage sales forecasting, stock levels, and marketing initiatives
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financiers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor profitability and ensure optimal operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within a dealership environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent understanding of dealership operations, financials, and compliance
  • Valid driver's license and clear criminal record
