RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager with experience in food production to join our client's team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food production operations, ensuring high quality and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of food production operations, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain strict quality control standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and manage production costs to meet budget targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the food production industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
