Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client is a great mining company in Limpopo, which is seeking the expertise of an Industrial Relations Superintendent to join their team in Steelpoort.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess level of issue based risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, and processes
- Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, and minimum requirements)
- Manage SHEQ compliance within the Section through effective use of the Toolbox
- Utilize the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status
- Compile and conduct IR/Labour Law/Disciplinary training
- Provide support and guidance to IR Practitioners and HR Managers
- Coach and counsel people to ensure improved performance levels
- Conduct recruitment interviews
- Maintain and improve relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze IR trends and make suitable recommendations
- Grade 12
- Law Degree with specialization in Labour Law
- 5 xe2x80x93 8 yearsxe2x80x99 Industrial Relations management experience in a mining environment
- Salary: R1Mil/yr - R1.2Mil/yr, salary negotiable
