  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards

  • Must be able to work Trading Hours: Friday (11am-9pm) Saturday and Sunday (9am-9pm) as well as Public Holidays and Private School Holidays
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and full health, safety, and hygiene compliance
  • Manage budgets, control costs, analyse financial performance, and drive profitability
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service and act as the face of the restaurant
  • Manage inventory, suppliers, and food-cost control
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, licensing, and administrative requirements
  • Lead strategic planning, problem-solving, and crisis management
