GENERAL MANAGER NEW THAI RESTAURANT OPENING | DURBAN NORTH COAST

A leading hospitality brand is launching a bold new Thai dining destination on the Durban North Coast and were looking for a General Manager who can open strong, lead from the floor, and build a team guests will remember.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-it, shape-it, drive-it opportunity.
The Role
Run the full restaurant operation FOH + BOH
Lead, hire, train and inspire a winning team
Own the guest experience from arrival to farewell
Drive service flow in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
Manage stock, costs, labour and performance targets
Work closely with kitchen leadership to deliver seamless service
Help position the venue as a must-visit destination
Essential Experience
Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager within a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment is non-negotiable
