This exciting new opportunity with a salary between R1.2Mil and R900K requires an individual with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies and plans that fulfill the needs of the business.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, regulations, and laws related to logistics.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to targets and deadlines.
• Assess and optimize the performance of logistics operations in order to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing them with leadership and direction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Experience in developing and implementing logistics strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations, procedures, and laws.
